Minerva Imaging opens brand-new office and state-of-the-art CDMO facility

Together with key stakeholders, employees and collaborators, Minerva Imaging inaugurated its brand-new office building and state-of-the-art CDMO facility on February 02. Egedal Municipality mayor, Vicky Holst Rasmussen, officially opened the buildings during a festive reception. In her speech she highlighted the longstanding collaboration between the local community and Minerva Imaging.

Office building and CDMO facility

Minerva Imaging was founded in 2011 as a university spinoff, operating as a virtual organization for the first years. In 2019, Minerva relocated to Ølstykke, establishing a state-of-the-art facility for preclinical research and drug development with a focus on molecular imaging, oncology and targeted radiopharmaceuticals. While expanding its global client portfolio and further scaling up the organization, Minerva initiated the construction of the CDMO facility in early 2022. September 1st 2023, the Danish Medicines Agency granted GMP-certification for the manufacture of Investigational Medicinal Products. Today, Minerva Imaging operates a fully integrated CRO and CDMO facility of over 6000 square meters, including a brand new office building.
